Changes and returns

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer who is a “Consumer” has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract stipulated with spizzicohome.it, without any penalty and without indicating the reasons. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Customer or a third party, other than the courier and the designated Customer, acquire physical possession of the products.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, all payments made to spizzicohome.it will be reimbursed to the Customer (except for transport costs or additional costs deriving from the Customer's choice of a type of delivery other than that standard offered by spizzicohome.it), without undue delay and in any case not later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day in which spizzicohome.it receives the goods produced returned, or from the moment in which the Customer has unequivocally demonstrated to have returned the goods.

Within this period, the Customer must notify Spizzico Home srls of the intention to withdraw from the contract in one of the following ways:

• by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or any other explicit communication of the decision to withdraw, to the following postal address: Spizzico Home srls, c / o SS 100, Km 18 c / o "Il Baricentro" Lot 13 Mod. 23- 70010, Casamassima (BA)

• by sending a simple e-mail to the address: customer@spizzicohome.it, or use the specific pre-filled form for withdrawal, available by clicking here.

Within 3 (three) working days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, spizzicohome.it will send to the Customer, to the e-mail address indicated in the order or in the withdrawal request, a communication of acceptance of the return.

Within 14 days, Customer will, at its own expense, send the carefully packaged product to the following address: Spizzico Home srls, with headquarters c / o SS 100, Km 18 c / o "Il Baricentro" Lot 13 Mod. 23-cap 70010, Casamassima (BA).

Returned products must be sent to Spizzico Home srls without undue delay and in any case within 14 (days) from the date on which the Customer has notified spizzicohome.it of its intention to withdraw. The date of postal delivery or delivery to the courier will apply.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction. Spizzico Home srls will reimburse the amount due within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which it became aware of the Customer's right of withdrawal, or from when he received the product, the object of the return, at the own office.Spizzicohome.it may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the whole product or, until the Customer has demonstrated that it has sent back the goods, depending on which situation occurs first.

The customer will be solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.

Furthermore, it is specified that the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products opened by the consumer, nor to sealed goods that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to the protection of health that have been opened after delivery.It is absolutely forbidden to remove seals or labels. The products must be shipped healthy, clean, intact and complete, including any accessories.

It is forbidden to use the products for "trial" purposes before making the return. The following are excluded from the right of return: customized or customized products; items washed, used, dirty or damaged.

In the event that the customer does not comply with the terms for the right of withdrawal and return indicated above, spizzicohome.it will not be required to refund the purchase price of the products to the Customer.

Spizzico Home srls also specifies that for any product changes the above rules apply and that the change of the product is subject to the actual availability of stock. We also remind you that shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the Customer.
